meredith	4:14p	A big I LOVE YOU to Hertz car rental (in particular, the Denver Airport branch.) After a somewhat frustrating day of trying to get in touch with someone there, they found my ipod video that I stupidly left in the center console of my car and they are shipping it back to me at my expense, of course.
